Refund Policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. Please don’t try and send back any sabers that have been damaged in any way. Damaged sabers will still be repaired as they are under warranty but we cannot refund damaged sabers. If the blade has been used and you would prefer a refund instead of having your Saber repaired, then the refund will be minus the cost of the blade.
If there is no fault in the item and you just want to send it back It is the customers responsibility to accept the payment for the return of the product back to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nordicsabers.com. If your return is accepted, we will ask you to ship back the products to our address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All components subject to wear and / or misuse such as: LED, speaker, battery and electronic cards are excluded from this warranty. The user must also take care of the hilt and the electronics supplied, keeping it in a suitable environment when not in use, stored in dry places and away from sources of heat.
The user is free to extract the Anima from the hilt. Where the user would autonomously extract it from the hilt, he assumes complete responsibility for any damage caused.
The Anima must always be recharged and it is not recommended to leave it in charge for long periods unattended. Do not use chargers that exceed voltages greater than 5V, with the consequent risk of damage to the electronics and inevitable deterioration of the warranty.
All Nordic Sabers light sabers are designed for use in predominantly indoor environments, so any contact with water, steam, sand and any liquid or powder material should be avoided. This improper use will void the warranty.
Damages and issues
When you recived your order please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Knew an item was faulty when they bought it
- Damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
- No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
- If you plan to modify your SD CARD or perform any programming and it’s causes a fault we are unable to return or advise as we are not programmers, any changes to the board or SD card will void your warranty.
- If you have purchased any of sabers second hand or from a third party your warranty will be void.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, please note that if the reason for your refund is due to no fault or issue and is simply just unsatisfied there will be a 10% deducted from the order due to merchant fee.
